Images with Words      aka Shape Poems

This workshop explores the use of various typography fonts and your own distinct handwriting to create images. The images are formed by combining and overlapping words, using pencils, markers and printed letters. The process of creating a "shape poem" can be very cathartic! You will walk away with a finished piece of artwork that can be framed and/or used to create a collage in the continuation class “Beyond Images with Words”.
